Vitamin D

We Washingtonians try to soak up every minute of sun exposure we can get before the rain comes back! The natural rays of the sun can have some amazing health benefits, but like everything, make sure you enjoy in moderation. Try to avoid being in the sun from 10am-4pm when the rays are the strongest.
